Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mr. Indecisive ("the app," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Mr. Indecisive is operated by TNAADO Inc ("TNAADO"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Indecisive is a short-form food-video app: you discover places to eat through clips other people post, and you can post your own. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the app and give you good recommendations:

• Account identifier and email. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive a stable account identifier and, depending on your Apple choice, your name and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). You can also use the app in an anonymous / guest session, in which case we store only a randomly generated session identifier.
• Location (approximate and precise). With your permission, we use your device location — approximate, and precise where you allow it — to find restaurants, cafes, and other venues near you and to show them on the map. Your location and the place searches you make are sent to our maps provider (see below) to return nearby results. You can decline location access and search manually instead.
• User content. Content you create or upload: short video clips, photos, captions, ratings, and the venue / place information you attach. Your videos are uploaded to our video provider for encoding and playback.
• Your saved data and preferences. Saved spots, ratings, and taste preferences you set so we can personalize suggestions.
• Purchase status. Whether you hold an active subscription and which tier, so we can unlock the right features. Apple processes the payment; we receive only the subscription / entitlement status, never your payment card details.
• Usage and interaction analytics. Information about how you interact with the app — clips viewed, saves, ratings, searches — plus crash and error diagnostics, used to improve recommendations, fix bugs, and keep the app reliable.

How we use your information

• To generate and improve recommendations based on your location, ratings, interactions, and taste preferences.
• To show your content — your clips, photos, captions, ratings, and venue info — to you and, where you choose to share, to other users.
• To find and display nearby venues using your location and place searches.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app, including diagnosing crashes, enforcing our Terms, and preventing abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties and service providers

We use a small set of trusted providers that process data on our behalf. We share with them only what is needed to provide the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage of your account, content metadata, ratings, saved spots, and preferences.
• Cloudflare Stream — hosting, encoding, and delivery of your video clips. The videos you upload are sent to Cloudflare Stream for processing and streaming.
• Google Maps Platform / Places API — venue search, place details, and place photos. Your location and search queries are sent to Google to return nearby results and venue information. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple for authentication, and the App Store for in-app subscriptions. Apple handles payment; we never receive your full payment card details.

These providers may process data on infrastructure outside your country, including in the United States. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments and acts as a processor on our behalf.

Data retention and account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You are in control: the app includes an in-app account deletion flow at Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently erases your account and the data you own — including your clips, photos, captions, saved spots, ratings, and preferences — from our database and from our video provider. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below, and we will action it. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or for fraud / abuse prevention, and backups are purged on a rolling schedule (typically within 30 days).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and access controls on our systems and those of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

Children's privacy

Mr. Indecisive includes user-generated content and social features and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and the app applies an age gate at sign-up. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Use the app as a guest without signing in.
• Grant or revoke location access (including precise location) at any time in iOS Settings.
• Edit or delete content you have posted.
• Delete your account and owned data from within the app at Settings → Delete Account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
